Our founder, Johannes Faber, has 20 years’ experience in leading sales roles and is a FMCG Expert with focus on beverages (beers and spirits), foods and home & personal care categories.
Faber Consult flexibly adjusts to our customer’s needs, from short training and gap analysis projects to continuous management & negotiation support and counseling to interim management solutions.
We do not only have experience working with corporations, but also in mid-sized owner-led companies and can tailor our approach to individual customer needs and specific challenges within the category and customer relationships.
Our aim to not only give strategic advice but to ensure professional implementation to deliver tangible and lasting revenue and profitability enhancement.
Faber Consult is headquartered in Hamburg / Germany – but will provide services locally and internationally, virtually or on-site as required by the customer.
